Hose Ends/Fittings

Hose fittings come in a variety of styles for many different hoses and applications. Please check carefully to select the right fitting for your application, and review the manufacturer's crimp specifications before assembly. Improper hose assembly may lead to hose failure and/or serious injury.

Field-Attachable (Reusable) Hose Fittings

Hose Barbs, Clamps & Ferrules

Assemble hose or make emergency repairs in the field, without a hose crimper.

Available in brass, nylon or steel, hose barbs are recommend for use in low pressure applications. Can be attached with either hose clamps or crimped ferrules.

Braided Hose Fittings

W-Series (Bite To The Wire) Hose Fittings

Use with most 1-wire and 2-wire (braided reinforcement) hydraulic hoses.

Interchangeable with Weatherhead U Series, Dayco-Eastman HY Series, Aeroquip FJ Series, Imperial-Eastman HU Series, and Dayco SB Series

Bite-to-the-wire crimp fittings, recommended for use with 4-wire spiral hydraulic hoses. May also be used with some 1-wire and 2-wire hydraulic hoses.

3-Series Thermoplastic Hose Fittings

Beadlock A/C Barrier Hose Fittings

Permanently-attached (crimp) fittings for use with SAE 100R7 and SAE 100R8 nylon/thermoplastic hoses.

Interchangeable Synflex 3903 Series

Air conditioning hose assembly is easy with Beadlock Hose Fittings and our DT-71500 Air Conditioning Hose Crimper. Use with SAE J2064 Air Condition Hose.

T-Series PTFE Hose Fittings

Suction Hose Crimp Fittings

Permanently-attached (crimp) fittings for use with SAE 100R14A PTFE hose.

Interchange with Weatherhead E Series Fittings

Two-piece (stem and ferrule) crimp fittings for SAE 100R4 Suction and Return Hose.

R5 Truck Hose Fittings

JJ-Series Spiral Hose Fittings

Crimp fittings for use with SAE 100R5 general purpose/truck hose (braided fiber cover).

Permanently-attached ( crimped) hose fittings for use with SAE 100R13 6-wire hydraulic hose.

Skiving is required

Intended for the transfer of products such as water and sewage. Available in aluminum, brass and polyproylene.
