D100H Manual-Powered Portable Hose Crimper

The D100H requires no electricity or external power source. A manual 2-stage hydraulic pump delivers up to 35 tons of cylinder force for all of your hose crimping tasks.

All of our hydraulic hose crimpers are fully adjustable, so you can assemble hose and fittings from any manufacturer, including Weatherhead, Parker, Gates and more. The D100H includes a pump and sturdy protective carrying case with room for dies and tooling. D100 Series Adjustable Dies are sold separately.

Crimps 2-wire hydraulic hose up to 1" ID (1-1/4" with DA tooling)
Crimps 4-wire hydraulic hose up to 3/4" ID (1" with DA tooling)
Direct-reading metric micrometer allows precise setting of crimp diameters (+/- 0.05 mm) without shims or spacers.
Open design accommodates a wide range of hose and fitting types.
Removable pusher and spring-loaded die sets allow easy loading, even with bent tube and special fittings.
Open design provides excellent operator visibility.
Steel carrying case holds the crimper, manual and up to six dies.
