With 60 tons of cylinder force and several labor saving features, the D165 Compact Hose Crimper is a powerful machine in a small package. The D165 offers hands-free operation and powerful precision hose assembly for repair shops and moderate volume production environments.

All of our hydraulic hose crimpers are fully adjustable, so you can assemble hose and fittings from any manufacturer, including Weatherhead, Parker, Gates and more. D100 Series Adjustable Dies sold separately.

Features

Crimps 2-wire and 4-wire hydraulic hose up to 1-1/4" I.D and 6-wire hose up to 1" I.D.)
Direct-reading metric micrometer allows precise setting of crimp diameters (+/- 0.05 mm). No shims or spacers needed.
Open design accommodates a wide range of hose and fitting types.
Removable pusher and spring-loaded die sets allow easy loading, even with bent tube and special fittings.
Pneumatic foot pedal switch keeps both hands free to handle hose.
Adjustable retraction stop limits ram retractions for quick repetitive crimps.
Adjustable coupling stop for accurate, repetitive positioning of the assembly inside the dies.
Electric-powered hydraulic pump included.
