Program Summary:

1. You (the referrer) get a unique referral link and coupon code.

• The referral link tracks people you send to the site.
• The coupon code gives them a discount.
• Your link never expires and can be used indefinitely

2. When someone new (the referred person) clicks your link and makes their first purchase:

• They get 10% off their first order (with your code).
• You get 5% cash back on the subtotal of that order.

3. For future orders by that same person:

• They must create an account after their first purchase.
• As long as they’re logged into that account when ordering, you continue to earn 5% cash back on all their future purchases.
• If the referred customer does not create an account, they will need to use your link every time they purchase for you to receive 5% back from their orders

In short: You earn 5% on all orders, not just the first one, from people you bring in using your link as long as they create an account, and they get a one-time 10% discount for being referred.

Example Scenario:
• John refers Jane using his personal link, and also gives a coupon code
• Jane places her first order with a subtotal value of $1,000 and gets a 10% discount.
• John earns $50 from Jane's order.

Referral Link Distribution:

1. Affiliates may share their referral links via personal emails, word of mouth, YouTube videos, social media posts, etc. However, purchasing advertising of any kind to distribute the link is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the program.

Payouts:

1. Payouts will be processed on the first of each month and should be received within 2-5 business days.
2. Payouts will be sent via check in the mail or directly to a bank account provided by the affiliate.
3. We will request address or bank information once the affiliate is accepted into the program.
4. Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of $100 in cash back to receive their monthly payout. If the threshold is not met, the balance will carry over to the following month.

Earnings Notifications:

1. Affiliates will receive emails notifying them when someone places an order using their referral link, including details about the amount of cash back earned for that order.

Referral Link Validity:

1. Referral links are permanent, so affiliates don’t need to worry about them expiring.

Account Creation Requirement:

1. The referred customers must create an account to continue earning cash back on their orders after their first purchase.

Brand Guidelines:

1. Affiliates must adhere to our brand guidelines when promoting on social media and other platforms.
2. No vulgar or offensive language should be associated with our brand.
3. False or misleading information about Discount Hydraulic Hose is prohibited.
4. Only official digital logos provided by us should be used in promotions.

Program Conduct:

1. Affiliates will earn cash from referred customers
2. Competing ads are not permitted and are defined as any paid advertisements on search engines, social media platforms, or other online ad networks that directs traffic using an affiliate link. This will result in Immediate removal from the program.
3. You may not refer yourself. This will result in Immediate removal from the program.
