Field-Attachable (Reusable) Hose Fittings

These reusable hose fittings are an excellent choice for emergency repairs. Assembly can be accomplished with hand wrenches; there is no crimper required. Properly assembled, a hose with reusable fittings will meet all applicable SAE specifications.

CAUTION: Field-Attachable Hose Fittings must be used with the properly specified hose. Using field-attachable hose fittings with hose other than those they are intended may result in hose failure and possible serious injury.

SAE 100R2AT Reusable Hose Fittings

SAE 100R5 Reusable Hose Fittings

Use only with SAE 100R2AT Hydraulic Hose, including Weatherhead H425, Parker 301, Gates G2 (C2AT) and Aeroquip FC212.

Recommended for hydraulic lines with petroleum and water-based fluids.

Use only with SAE 100R5 General Purpose/Truck Hose, including: Weatherhead H069, Parker 266 PKR, Gates C5C, and Aeroquip 1503.

Recommended for air brake, fuel, grease lines, high temperature petroleum oils and medium pressure hydraulic applications.

SAE 100R7 Reusable Hose Fittings

SAE 100R1AT Reusable Hose Fittings

Use only with SAE 100R7 Thermoplastic Hose, including Weatherhead H435/H436, and Aeroquip FC372/FC373.

Recommended for medium pressure hydraulic lines, lubrication, medium pressure gas, and solvent.

Use only with SAE 100R1AT Hydraulic Hose, including Weatherhead H104, Parker 421 and Aeroquip FC211.

Recommended for medium pressure hydraulic applications such as construction, farm implements and industrial equipment.

Field-attachable (re-usable) hose fittings for SAE J1402A Air Brake Hose.

Use only with SAE 100R6 General Purpose Hose.

Recommended for general purpose air, oil and water lines.

SAE 100R14A Reusable Hose Fittings

Use only with SAE 100R14A PTFE Hose.

Recommended for steam, solvents, fuels, hydraulic fluids, most chemicals and acids.
