This 3" hose x 3" Tri-Clamp 3-A crimp fitting is designed for sanitary hose assemblies used in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and other hygienic fluid-transfer applications. The 316 stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance, while the food-contact surface is finished to a 32 Ra polish for sanitary service.
The fitting is designed for use with compatible 304 stainless steel machined or standard crimp ferrules, Tri-Clamp gaskets, and sanitary single-pin, double-pin, bolt or squeeze clamps. Match the fitting, ferrule, hose and crimp specification as a complete assembly rather than substituting components by size alone.
