A 2501-06-06 | 3/8" JIC male x 3/8" NPTF male pipe 90 degree hydraulic adapter is a type of hydraulic fitting that connects a female JIC 37 degree flare fitting to a male NPTF (National Pipe Taper Fuel) thread in a 90 degree angle. The male JIC fitting has a 37 degree flare seat that seals against a female JIC fitting with a matching flare seat. The male NPTF pipe thread has tapered threads that create a tight seal when threaded into a female NPTF thread.
