        R12-16-ASB is a custom 1 inch SAE 100R12 four wire spiral hydraulic hose assembly for very high pressure and high impulse applications. The hose requires no skiving when used with compatible W Series bite to the wire fittings.

        • Hose construction: Four wire spiral SAE 100R12 hydraulic hose
        • Recommended service: Very high pressure petroleum and water based hydraulic fluid applications
        • Compatible hydraulic fluids: Mineral and synthetic oil fluids including HL, HLP, HLPD, and HVLP; oil water emulsions including HFAE, HFAS, and HFB; and water glycol liquids including HFC
        • Additional media: Vegetable and mineral oil based lubricants, cooling water, and compressed air
        • Biodegradable fluids: Generally suitable for HETG, HEPG, and HEES fluids, subject to fluid additives
        • Not suitable for: Phosphate ester based hydraulic fluids, including HFD
        • Compatible fittings: W Series Hose Fittings for bite to the wire crimping in all hose sizes
